Mental health.

               Mental health.                                As people are getting aware more and more nowadays about health, its also important to take care and maintain mental health. The problem is that still there are incidents people feeling shy or embarrassed about revealing their inner problems openly. So first of all, we need to know that, if we treat  other disease seriously and try our best to cure it, then why not about mental illness,afterall even brain is the part of body. Even people suffering should not feel embarrassed or should think as if  they are psycho. Much appreciation to Deepika padukone and Shaheen bhat, who opened their struggles of depression, their problems being not happy internally. Even Deepika padukone initiated campaigns and a helping hand for patients. So please if you have any difficulties physically, mentally take an help of family, friends or a professional help like counsellors. It will help you a better satisfied life. For families and friends one free suggestions is please help, motivate them, all they need is little love and your support.
